My Approvals¶
The My Approvals page lists the access requests submitted for resources where you are configured as an approver — see Manage Workstations for assigning approvers to a workstation.
A badge on My Approvals, in the sidebar, shows the number of pending requests.

Each request lists the requesting user, the target resource, the reason given, and its status. Filter the list using the status chips above the table: All, Pending, Approved (granted, not yet connected), Used (connected), Refused, Canceled, or Expired.
Click Approve to grant a pending request, or Reject to deny it — you can add an optional comment explaining the rejection.
Clicking a pending request notification in the Notifications menu opens the same Approve/Reject decision directly, without going through this page.

Note
A request needs as many approvals as configured on the resource’s Approvers tab. If a quorum of more than one approval is required, a request stays Pending until enough approvers vote — unless one approver rejects it, which sets it to Refused immediately.
