Error Codes¶
This page lists the error numbers you may encounter, along with the recommended action to resolve them. If a problem persists after trying the suggested action, contact our support by sending an email to support@reemo.io.

Connectivity issues
If you encounter a connection-related error (for example, while establishing or maintaining a WebRTC or signal server connection) and retrying does not resolve it, you can check your network setup.
If you are a Reemocloud (public) user, use our connectivity test page to diagnose the issue. This test relies on Reemo’s public infrastructure and is not available for private cloud or on-premise deployments — in that case, check your network configuration with your system administrator.
